We will generall contact you by return using e-mail and give you a quick indication of the service availability in your area.  If you are within our coverage area, we will arrange a detailed survey with you, at a mutally convenient time and ask you to sign-up via the website, once this is successfully completed. Following this an installation is completed by ourselves, which incorporates a small antenna (generaly extenal) and an outlet socket in the home. For communities not covered by our system, we look for 20 individual registrations of interest before we commence a full design study for that area. Only when your broadband connection is working will you be charged. If for any reason the service does not work, you won't have to pay anything (You will NOT be charged until we deliver!)
